Investment mandate

The Craton Capital Global Resources Fund invests a substantial portion of its net asset value (NAV) in listed equities and in bonds or convertibles in the global natural resources sector.

After deduction of liquid assets, the fund may invest up to one third of its total assets in cash or fixed interest instruments (the duration of which must be less than 12 months) or in equities within sectors that do not comply with the above defined investment universe (eg. other commodity companies).

The fund is able to use derivative structures to hedge existing positions in line with existing regulations. The implementation of derivatives structures may be used to hedge equity, fixed income, currency or cash positions.

The fund may invest up to 10% of its NAV in unlisted companies.

An investment in one particular company or asset cannot exceed 10% of the NAV of the fund.

The four largest holdings may not exceed 40% of the NAV of the fund.
